Information should include:


For books, magazines:

• Title of the publication
• Author
• Print run of the publication(s)
• Which language or country rights you request
• Which art you would like to use
• Whether you require a Black & White photograph or a transparency
• To whom the permission form should be send
• If the art is going to be used:
  (1) On the cover of the publication
  (2) As a chapter opener or on the title page
  (3) On an inside page
• Full name, address, phone and fax number of the publisher

Note: Reproductions taken out of a book are not permitted, as this constitutes a copyright violation of the publisher.


For an advertising campaign, company brochure, promotional campaign etc.,we need the following additional information:

• For what type of product you would like to use the art;
• Which client
• Medium in which to use the art, i.e. print, brochures, leaflets, billboards, television etc.
• Print run and/or frequency
• Which country or countries you want to run the campaign in

If we have no objection, you will receive a permission form with all relevant details such as copyright fee, copyright notice, handling fee, cost of photographs or transparencies (or by email in jpeg format) and payment instructions etc.
